Payment Methods
Stadler Furs accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Visa & MasterCard Check Cards
- Money Orders* (Processed for
shipment usually the same day of receipt)
- Personal Checks* (Processed
for shipment usually in 14 business days after receipt)

*Orders paid for by personal checks will be held for 14 business
days or until the check is cleared by your bank.
After the Money Order or Personal Check have been received and
processed your merchandise will be shipped.
Orders will be cancelled after 14 business days if Stadler Furs
has not received the Money Order or Check related to that order.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 Returned Check Charge.
Payment for Heirloom and Custom Made Items
All heirloom, custom made, or special order items require 50%
advance payment with the remainder due prior to shipping. See payment
methods for payment types and details.
Return Policy
Pre-made Items - We have a ten (10) day return
policy on all of our pre-made items.
Heirloom, Custom Made or Special Order Items -
There is no return on heirloom, custom made, or special order items.
All sales are final.
Remnant Return
We will return remnants only upon request. Please notify us when
placing your order if you wish your remnants returned. Stadler
Furs will determine upon receipt of your items if there will be
any additional shipping charges for returning your remnants. We
will notify you upon receipt of any additional charges.
Shipping, Delivery & Shipping Disclaimer
All available pre-made items are usually shipped within two business
days (does not include time to process order or processing of personal
checks).
U.S. delivery dates are our best estimates and are not guaranteed.
Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, rural
locations, post office boxes.
For heirloom and custom orders please allow 3 to 4 weeks delivery.
Due to the custom nature of these products and order volume, delivery
times could be extended. We will be glad to notify you of an approximate
delivery date when the order is received.
• For international orders, we will
contact you if there are any additional shipping fees for shipping
locations, or oversized or heavy items.
• Stadler Furs will determine the shipping carrier. U.S.
orders will be shipped by DHL, U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.
Express or Overnight Shipping
For express or overnight shipping please call
us at 1-715-356-3974 and
we'll be glad to quote you a shipping amount based on your location
and when you need the item. Once we've given you the additional
shipping cost return here, enter the additional shipping amount
we quote you in the field below and then click on the "Add
to Cart" button. This will add the additional shipping amount
for express or overnight shipping to your order. The standard
$15.00 shipping charge will still show for the item. The additional
amount is added to the standard shipping charge.

assure you Stadler Furs respects your privacy and treats
your personal information with confidentiality and highest standards
of security. Stadler Furs does not sell, rent or loan your

What type of information does Stadler Furs collect?
Our goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience. We collect information
in an effort to make our products and services more efficient and customized
to your shopping experience. You can browse the Stadler Furs site

from our site. Upon registering, we will periodically send you newsletters

If you make a purchase on our site we will send you an order and shipping

we will also send you emails to collect ratings and testimonials feedback

Fulfillment
During the purchase process, we will share your information with certain intermediaries
(e.g. UPS, FedEx) strictly to process and ship your order.

or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, determine necessary
or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual

As a customer, subscriber, or contest entrant, you will occasionally
receive e-mail communications about new Stadler Furs products,
special offers we think you'll like and requests for feedback.
If you want to stop receiving our emails or to specify the communications
you prefer to receive, you may unsubscribe by replying to the email
with "Remove" in the subject field or by calling us at

You may ask to have your account information removed from our
active databases to prevent your information from being shared
with other users; however, because we keep track of past purchases,
you cannot delete information associated with past purchases. Such
information will be deactivated as soon as reasonably possible
based on your account activity. Also, as a security measure we "back
up" the data stored on our systems, and such prior information
cannot be completely removed from our databases. Therefore, you
should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information
will be completely removed from our databases in response to your
requests.
Security
Stadler Furs currently processes on-line orders using the secure PayPal system.
Our site links to the PayPal secure shopping cart system for credit card
processing.
A special note about children and children's privacy
You
must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use and
order from this site. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose
Personally Identifiable Information about visitors under 18 years
of age. If you are a minor, you can use this service only in conjunction
with your parents or guardians.
Items on this site are not toys. The
items contain small parts not suitable for children.
Product Liability
PRODUCT LIABILITY STATEMENT
Beyond the replacement of defective parts, as outlined in the returns policy,
Stadler Furs makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied and
any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
is hereby disclaimed entirely by Stadler Furs. Stadler Furs shall
not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, injury, loss or
expenses arising from the use or inability to use the products we sell for
any purposes whatsoever, or for any willful or accidental misuse of the products.
By purchasing these products, the consumer acknowledges that caution and reasonable
care should be exercised in their use.
Unacceptable uses include but are not limited to, improper or
unsafe use of a
product in any way which may cause injury to self or others. The
consumer agrees to release Stadler Furs, it's owners, employees,
heirs, assigns, officers, agents and associates from any and all
liability, claims, demands or actions or causes of actions
arising from or blame whatever arising out of any damage, injury,
loss or death resulting from any cause whatever, whether the result
of misuse, the fault of the user, a defect in the product or from
any other cause whatever, regardless of intention.
The consumer agrees to all of the terms of this limitation when
purchasing or receiving goods from Stadler Furs. If you
do not agree to these terms, then do not buy or request or take
receipt of products from Stadler Furs.
DISCLAIMERS
Our receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your order or confirmation
of an offer to sell. Stadler Furs reserves the right to refuse services
to any customer or limit quantity on any item. Verification of identity may
be required before order acceptance. By ordering from us you warrant that
you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be financially responsible
for all orders you place from Stadler Furs.
Those who access the Site do so at their own risk and are responsible
for compliance with local law.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Stadler Furs from any
claims and expenses including attorney fees and Stadler Furs' damages,
actions or negligence arising in connection with a violation of this agreement
by you or through the use of this Site or products.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Stadler Furs,

Site from any injury or liability or damages whatever arising from
proper or improper use of products or from any damages, injury

whatever. If you do not agree, do NOT purchase products from us.
SEVERABILTY

any reason, then such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed
superceded by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches
the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall
remain in effect.

Stadler Furs reserves

at any time. Any changes will be posted in this document and will
become effective immediately upon being posted unless we tell you
otherwise.
